In the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase, returns will be accepted within fourteen days of receipt of the product. Items must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Customers will receive a full refund for the cost of the pedal only. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND

Contact Effectrode Audiophile Pedals through our website at www.effectrode.com to request a Returns Number (RN) and information. After you receive your RN, ship your product via a guaranteed, trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEX, etc) to the address provided with the RN.

• Products returned to Effectrode must have an RN number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
• Pedals must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packing material with power supply and manual.
• The return shipping method must include tracking and a declaration of the full value to protect against lost shipments.
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• After receiving a RN number, the customer must return the associated item within 7 days.
